Now, we’re entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a Senior People Technology Partner to own the systems, automation, and data infrastructure that power the People function.
This role is responsible for building scalable workflows, improving system functionality, and ensuring workforce data is accurate, accessible, and actionable. You will play a key role in enabling scale by reducing manual work and improving how teams interact with People systems.
This is a builder role focused on automation, system design, and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Own configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of People systems (Rippling and integrations)
- Build and automate workflows across the employee lifecycle
- Design and operate HR Support Desk system infrastructure (intake, routing, SLAs, reporting)
- Establish and maintain workforce data integrity, controls, and governance
- Build dashboards and reporting (headcount, attrition, support trends, workforce analytics)
- Identify inefficiencies and automate manual processes across People Operations
- Integrate People systems with IT, Finance, and other business tools
- Improve system usability and employee experience across People platforms
- Troubleshoot system issues and drive resolution
- Support system readiness for growth, new locations, and M&A activity
- Partner with People Ops and PBPs to translate business needs into system solutions
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in HRIS, People Systems, or similar roles
- Strong experience with HR platforms (Rippling preferred)
- Experience building workflows, automation, and system integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience building dashboards and working with workforce data
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, and move about regularly throughout the day and lift / carry up to 25 pounds. Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment as well as manufacturing and test equipment, industrial computers, HMIs, and handheld diagnostic tools. Must be physically capable of walking production floors, accessing equipment in constrained spaces, participating in factory acceptance testing, and supporting on-site system deployments.
Work Environment
This position typically operates in a standard office setting and manufacturing environment. This role requires use of standard office equipment and may involve exposure to manufacturing equipment, automated machinery, test systems, and industrial materials. This position may have exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and non-climate-controlled environments. May require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) depending on the environment. This is a fast-paced work environment and requires cross-departmental collaboration with independent and team-based responsibilities. Standard work hours for this position are 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, in-office four days per week, with occasional overtime as operational needs demand.
