Now, we’re entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the team. This role will be the operational heartbeat of a fast-paced recruiting team responsible for connecting people, coordinating interviews, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the excellence and precision of our brand.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of interview logistics, from scheduling requests to post-interview follow-up, with accuracy and care.
- Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to maintain seamless communication and alignment.
- Schedule and track interviews across multiple departments using Slack, UKG, and Outlook.
- Support travel and lodging arrangements for candidates.
- Navigate dynamic calendars and prioritize complex scheduling demands.
- Greet candidates on-site with confidence and professionalism, guiding them through the interview process and creating a welcoming experience.
- Maintain meticulous data within the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and enhance scheduling efficiency.
- Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives and project work to elevate the recruiting coordination function.
- Assist with onboarding and other candidate communication as needed.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or related roles.
- A candidate-first mindset with a genuine commitment to exceptional service and communication.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with UKG, Slack, or similar ATS/scheduling tools preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A collaborative approach and a team-first attitude, paired with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Process-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about regularly throughout the day and lift/carry up to 25 pounds. Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. Must be physically capable of walking between the office and production areas and attending events or meetings off-site as needed.
Work Environment
This position typically operates in a standard office and manufacturing environment. This role requires use of standard office equipment and may require occasional local travel to recruiting events. This position may have exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and non-climate-controlled environments. May require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) depending on the environment. This is a fast-paced work environment and requires cross-departmental collaboration with independent and team-based responsibilities. Standard work hours for this position are 8:30am-5:00pm CT with occasional overtime as operational needs demand.
