Resupply is looking for a dynamic, well-rounded marketing leader to join us on our journey to reinvent and forever change the supply-chain of charitable contributions within the U.S. We are seeking someone who will be passionate about our mission and partnerships as we turn household goods into emergency relief for those in need. As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness and foster engagement through various channels. This will be a hands-on leadership role, managing a network of contractors and helping to build an in-house team. We are looking for a talented DTC marketer who can create compelling campaigns that will engage potential donors and highlight the missions we are supporting. The ideal candidate will be both analytical and creative.

Our small, tight-knit team is seeking a candidate who will work closely with us at our Downtown Boston headquarters. A successful Marketing Director will be responsible for:

  • Owning and executing optimization for all paid digital advertising channels
  • Building and running experiments across audiences, channels, formats, and creatives to drive pipeline and improve CAC
  • Tracking, testing, and analyzing the success of campaigns to report KPIs to the leadership team; making adjustments as needed for improved performance
  • Managing the marketing budget and resources, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of marketing spend
  • Executing efficient media buying to reach our target audience across new and existing channels
  • Developing and leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve strategic goals and deliver measurable results
  • Working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts support company-wide initiatives and drive customer growth

Position Requirements:

  • BS in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, Visual Design, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing
  • Startup or small team experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading marketing projects from strategy to execution with measurable results
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid search, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing, including reporting, analysis, and optimization
  • Experience managing budgets and forecasting results
  • Comfort with rapid experimentation – launching fast, iterating quickly, and scaling what works
  • Experience managing a team – assigning tasks, appraising results, and providing feedback and mentorship
  • Must be Boston-based, as this is primarily an on-site position with some limited flexibility to work remotely
