Resupply is seeking a creative, content-focused Marketing Manager to join us on our journey to reinvent and forever change the supply-chain of charitable contributions within the U.S. We are looking for someone who will be passionate about our mission and partnerships as we turn household goods into emergency relief for those in need. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing on multi-channel campaign strategies set by our VP of Growth to elevate our brand presence, engage potential donors, and drive growth. We are looking for a talented marketer who can create compelling content to engage with potential donors and highlight the missions we support. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong project-management skills to coordinate content capture through on-site visits with charities, team events, and donation pickups.
Our small, tight-knit team is seeking a candidate who will work closely with us at our Downtown Boston headquarters. A successful Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing content for social media and digital ads to drive brand awareness and inspire action
- Managing a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of relevant content across multiple platforms
- Creating print marketing to tell our story and highlight the partnerships between ReSupply and our charity partners, to be used in charity stores and at conferences/events
- Collaborating with a Paid Ads and a PR contractor, in addition to any other contractors necessary for video content, copywriting, etc. to keep projects on track
- Crafting messaging that effectively communicates our unique value propositions and differentiates us from competitors
- Working closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to create content that aligns with their initiatives
Position Requirements:
- BS in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, Visual Design, Journalism or a related field
- 5-7 years experience in content marketing; with a minimum of 2 years as a Manager
- Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media tools
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Knowledge of content automation and lead nurturing strategies
- Boston-based, as this is primarily an on-site position with some limited flexibility to work remotely
