Position & Company Overview:

Resupply is looking for an energetic, customer-centric, team player to join us on our journey to reinvent and forever change the supply-chain of charitable contributions within the U.S. We are seeking someone who will be passionate about our mission and partnerships as we turn household goods into emergency relief for those in need.

As a Regional Partnerships Manager, you will work on-site with charities in your assigned region to help deepen the relationship with existing partners. You will develop an understanding of their day-to-day store operations and identify strategic opportunities for ReSupply to drive growth. Natural rapport building and strategic problem solving will be the keys to help expand accounts, as well as the ability to prioritize and plan multiple initiatives for your book of business.

Our small, tight-knit team is seeking a candidate who will work closely with us at our Downtown Boston headquarters. We work best when we can all innovate together in an open, collaborative environment. This role also requires significant travel to target charities within the New England region so you will see firsthand the missions that we are working to support each day. You will report to our VP of Growth and work closely with our Customer Success Managers and Account Managers.

A successful Regional Partnerships Manager is responsible for:

  • Being the “feet on the street” to execute in-person charity expansion opportunities (e.g. - phone tree or web button integrations, and physical marketing distribution)
  • Building and repairing relationships between charities and logistics providers.
  • Expanding our current partners by implementing new products as a way to drive up the number of donations we bring to their stores.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth on a charity- by- charity basis.
  • Educating store teams on how to capture donors through the ReSupply partnership.
  • Discussing strategic goals with Executive leadership on partnership growth and expansion.

Position Requirements:

  • BS in Communications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to listen to and share ideas, and effectively present concepts
  • Ability to follow and build workflows, track performance, and achieve objectives across multiple priorities
  • Significant travel and on-site meetings with charity points of contacts, both in stores and in affiliate offices
  • Adaptability to adjusting strategies and meeting changing needs of the business and industry
  • Strong preference for experience with Field Sales or Account Management
