About Phin Security
Phin Security helps Managed Service Providers deliver security awareness training and phishing simulation to their clients. The company is growing its sales team and hiring an Account Executive to help win new MSP customers.
About the role
This is a full-cycle Account Executive role focused on selling into growing MSPs. You will own pipeline, run discovery, present tailored demos, manage sales cycles, and close new business.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys outbound sales, knows how to create their own pipeline, and can sell in a consultative way to business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage a pipeline of MSP prospects
- Sell to growing MSPs, often with 30 to 1,000 clients
- Run discovery calls and understand customer pain
- Present Phin’s value through tailored product demos
- Manage full sales cycles from first conversation to close
- Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers
- Handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Keep clean CRM notes and forecast accurately
- Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create a strong customer experience
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience in a full-cycle AE or closing sales role
- Strong outbound sales experience
- Track record of hitting or beating sales targets
- Experience selling to MSPs, IT service providers, or cybersecurity buyers is a strong plus
- Strong discovery, demo, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfort selling to executives and multiple stakeholders
- Strong ownership mindset
- Coachable, gritty, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
