Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. This position reports to the Director of Product Design and is responsible for designing and shaping the user experience for our cutting-edge cybersecurity platform and future products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for solving complex problems, and a portfolio that demonstrates their ability to create elegant and effective user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of new features and improvements to the NetRise platform, from concept to launch.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other design artifacts to effectively communicate your design ideas.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Help develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide to ensure a cohesive user experience across all of our products.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.
• Leverage generative tools (Figma AI, v0, Claude, etc.) to rapidly explore a broader solution space than traditional methods allow, then apply strong design judgment to evaluate and refine outputs.

Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and experience.
• Proven experience designing complex web applications, preferably in the B2B or enterprise software space.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in applications such as Figma, Atlassian and AI workflow tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the cybersecurity industry.
• Experience with user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
• Experience working with AI to enhance product design workflows like Claude, ChatGPT, etc.
• Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as HCI, interaction design, or graphic design.
• Prior experience designing for products with AI-generated outputs — such as surfacing findings, explaining automated reasoning, or building interfaces that help users trust and verify system decisions.
