Job Description

This role will be based in São Paulo.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

As a Pricing Strategy Operations Intern, you will apply the knowledge and techniques learned in the classroom to the real-world and will build your experiences and help you transform and elevate your career trajectory.

What the job entails:

Data Analysis:

  • Assist with the design and build of dashboards to track pricing & deal-related metrics. Help streamline reporting and ad-hoc analyses requested by GDS and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting scripts (queries) to measure business performance
  • Assist in maintaining and updating internal documentation, pricing tools, and trackers to ensure accuracy and accessibility.


Business Analysis

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing pricing performance, deal trends, and forecast for leadership and other stakeholders
  • Support the review and documentation of business requirements related to pricing, discounting, and deal approval processes
  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across Pricing
  • Assist in the maintenance and organization of SharePoint content, ensuring all internal documentation is current and accessible
  • Review, clean up, and improve GDS notes and documentation —including auditing and updating hyperlinks to maintain accuracy and ease of use


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a business or analytical focus.
  • Fluency in verbal/written in English
  • Experience using MS Excel, programming language or visualization tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced MS Excel/SQL experience is a differentiator, despite hiring for candidate’s potential and growth mindset.
  • Thinking through problems in a structured manner, attention to detail and highly organized.
  • High energy, enthusiastic individual.
  • Independent, autonomous, and adaptable to change.
  • An active interest in training and development.
