Job Summary
You will leverage strong financial services expertise, operational knowledge, and analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement, mitigate risk, and support the achievement of business objectives. This position partners closely with internal stakeholders, compliance, and audit teams, to lead vendor-supported projects and process improvements, strengthen controls, resolve advisor service issues, and maintain a high-performing, accountable and customer-focused service model.
