Job Summary
Instant Teams is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative. You’re the first (and best) impression of our fun, vibrant pickleball fitness apparel brand. Your mission is to open doors with new retail partners (pickleball pro shops, sporting goods stores, boutiques, gyms/fitness studios, clubs, and regional distributors).

This position offers a base salary plus additional commission opportunities.

Commission
- 5% commission on the opening of the first orders
- 8% commission on reorders
