Job Summary
As a Licensed Benefits Advisor, you'll help individuals understand, compare, and enroll in health insurance plans during Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). You'll provide exceptional customer support, answer questions about coverage options, and guide members through the enrollment process with empathy and confidence. New hires will receive paid training, licensing support, and the opportunity to work their first AEP season with Instant Teams upon successful completion of training and licensure.
