Instant Teams is seeking a dedicated and empathetic remote Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and technology, and will play a critical role in ensuring our users have a smooth and enjoyable experience with our product.
Responsibilities:
3 days of paid training between normal business hours PST.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer support emails in a timely and professional manner
- Engage in live chat conversations with users using Intercom, providing real-time assistance and troubleshooting
- Follow up with customers in select cases to ensure their issues are fully resolved
- Maintain a deep understanding of Brisk's products and services to effectively assist users
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our products and services
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to report bugs and suggest enhancements based on customer feedback
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Brisk's products to provide accurate information to customers
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or education sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable with remote work and proficient in using communication tools like Intercom, Slack and Gmail
