Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to join a small, close-knit team? The Moore County Airport in Carthage, North Carolina, is growing its team and looking for the next Executive Assistant! We're looking for an honest, easy-going individual to join our staff on a temporary-to-permanent basis. If you enjoy interacting with customers and can answer general questions with a smile, this role might be perfect for you! This is a Full-time, Temp to Perm in-person position where the Executive Assistant will assist and support a variety of functions at Moore County Airport in Carthage, NC. Below are the essential functions and responsibilities of this role: Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers and provide excellent service Answer general questions and provide assistance as needed Transcribe minutes, handle filing, and manage emails Support various administrative tasks as required Shift: Monday- Friday 9am - 5pm EST Training: Expect about two weeks of training tailored to your experience level. We’ll ensure you’re well-prepared for your role. Skill Set Needed to Soar Into Position : Experience: Excellent customer service skills: You must exhibit empathy, courtesy, kindness, efficiency, confidence, and helpfulness. Prior administrative experience is a plus but not required. Character: Must hold honesty & integrity at the core of daily duties and values, in possession of a clean background – no felonies or drug use. Teamwork mindset: Focus-driven, Positive Attitude, Well Versed Communicator, and Overall Team Orientated Benefits: This is a temp-to-perm position.
