Pines Insurance Group is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial sales and business development individual to lead personal lines insurance product sales (homeowners, auto, umbrella insurance, and more). We are in the relationship business, so it is vital to find someone who likes to build and maintain long-term relationships! As our personal lines specialist, you will able to build upon the current successes, relationships and momentum and develop it even further.

Day-to-Day Activities (Sales & Marketing):

  • Build and foster relationships with key referral partners such as Mortgage Brokers, Realtors, and Closing Attorneys, establishing a reliable network that fuels our growth and success
  • Engage with inbound potential customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner, providing assistance and guidance as they navigate their insurance needs
  • Handle quoting, presenting, and issuing insurance applications with precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and our team
  • Build and promote a personal brand through strategic use of Social Media and participation in Community Events, enhancing our company's visibility and credibility in the market
  • Engage with clients to offer expert advice and guidance on insurance products and solutions, helping clients make informed decisions that best suit their individual circumstances and preferences

Must Haves:

  • Minimum HSD
  • 2+ years of progressive customer service and/or experience that required sales, building rapport, account management
  • Must have dependable transportation for scheduled in-person meetings and live a commutable distance from the office. Expectation/ Requirements - within 3-6 months of hire:
  • Get Insurance Property & Casualty Insurance licensed within the first 6 months
  • Complete a North Carolina Pre-License Education Course
  • Complete a North Carolina License Application
  • Get a Fingerprint-Based Background Check
  • Take & Pass the North Carolina Licensing Exam
