ADAS Safe operates specialized brick-and-mortar service centers dedicated solely to the precise calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) sensors in post-collision vehicles, in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards. ADAS Safe’s TAM is growing at an estimated 20% CAGR through 2030 driven by two trends: 1. a greater % of the US car park will contain ADAS features (est 12% today -> est 50% by 2030), and 2. each generation of cars has an increasing number of ADAS features, increasing the number of required calibrations per vehicle (only automatic braking in 2019, now including surround view cameras, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, etc.). We are a young, entrepreneurial team armed with institutional capital and positioned favorably to win in the fragmented, nascent calibration industry. The speed with which ADAS has emerged against the backdrop of a slow moving automotive industry provides an opportunity for an operationally focused and well-funded disruptor.

Southeast Florida Sales Representative

Full time, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM M-F

In-person position

As a Sales Representative for ADAS Safe, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and establishing long-term partnerships with collision centers and dealerships in Southeast Florida. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual who excels in relationship building, sales, and customer education.

In-Person Sales: Conducting in-person meetings with 20-25+ collision centers and/or dealerships per week to present ADAS Safe's services, build relationships, and secure partnerships.

Educational Luncheons: Organizing and hosting educational luncheons to educate potential customers on the importance and legal requirements of ADAS system calibration.

Lead Qualification: Identifying and qualifying leads to prioritize sales efforts and maximize conversion rates.

Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional services or products to existing customers to increase revenue.

Customer Nurturing: Building and maintaining relationships with current customers through regular communication, follow-ups, and support.

Cold Selling: Initiating cold outreach efforts to potential customers through email and phone calls to schedule appointments and introduce ADAS Safe's offerings.

Territory Management: Effectively managing the Southeast Florida territory, including Fort Lauderdale to Miami, to ensure comprehensive coverage and maximize sales opportunities.

Transportation: Utilizing dependable transportation for on-site visits (mileage reimbursed), with flexibility to work remotely for follow-ups and appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with collision centers and earn new business through door to door outreach
  • Educate existing and potential bodyshop clients on the importance of ADAS calibration, and ADAS technology in general
  • Qualify leads in new geographies by building spreadsheets listing all collision centers within a 20 minute radius, ranked by size
  • Maintain relationships with existing collision center clients in mature locations
  • Cross sell verticalized in house software to existing collision center client

  • 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing role
  • Highly professional, willing to be the initial point of contact for a new customer base and represent the values of ADAS Safe appropriately
  • Well versed in CRM solutions, qualifying leads, composing marketing copy
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Must have dependable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
  • Previous CRM experience a plus
  • Great communicator in person, on the phone and via email
  • Salary: $65,000 / yr + significant volume-based monthly cash bonus
