Instant Teams is hiring a motivated Inside Sales Agent to assist on a new and growing team! The ideal candidate will have prior B2B sales experience, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new business opportunities, and ultimately closing sales. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20/hour + commission

Benefits:

Schedule: 11am - 7pm EST | Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make a minimum number of outbound calls per day to prospective B2B clients
  • Connect quickly with gatekeepers and navigate to conversations with targeted individuals
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and target markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through ongoing communication and follow-up
  • Utilize various sales techniques to pitch products/services and overcome objections effectively
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Training:

  • 11am - 7pm EST | Monday - Friday

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
