DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Business Development Representative at Instant Teams, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, and scheduling product demonstrations. Your role will be pivotal in building our client base and contributing to our long-term business growth.

As a Business Development Representative at Instant Teams, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, and scheduling product demonstrations. Your role will be pivotal in building our client base and contributing to our long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and develop new business opportunities through targeted outbound calls
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls to introduce Hansei and gauge interest
- Understand customer needs and requirements to communicate how Hansei can meet them effectively
- Schedule demos for potential clients with our sales team, providing a smooth transition into the sales process
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline and ensure all communications are logged, and information is accurate in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified demos and sales leads
- This Representative will be targeting mainly universities and search labs
MUST HAVE
- 1 year of sales experience
- Prior experience selling to universities or research institutions is a plus
- Ability to be on the phone and overcome objections
- Must have a quiet office space for this remote opportunity
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience
