About the Role:
CareAdvisors is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to join our team. As a GTM Manager, you will be an integral part of our product initiatives, supporting the process from initial product marketing to implementation. This role is perfect for someone with a strong writing background who is starting their career in Product and has at least 1-2 years of professional work experience in healthcare, technology, or startups. About the Role:
CareAdvisors is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Create impactful marketing assets and materials to introduce our SaaS products to the market.
- Assist in developing sales decks, 1-pagers, battle cards, and training materials for internal teams.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop content for product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Craft compelling narratives that highlight our product's value proposition throughout the buyer journey.
- Coordinate with experts to align messaging with target markets.
- Analyze market segments and buyer personas to understand challenges and buying criteria.
- Collaborate with sales team for implementation kick-off, contracting materials and ROI analysis supporting business use cases
- Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering on bringing to market product initiatives from initial product marketing through implementation
- Collaborate with the engineering team on interactive mockups, wireframes, and new feature demos.
- Track, measure, and report on marketing objectives' success.
- Located in the Chicagoland area.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, English, Journalism, Communications, or Creative Writing, or a related field; Master’s degree highly preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, technology, or startups.
- Strong writing skills and a passion for healthcare technology.
- Intermediate technical knowledge.
- Basic understanding of project management, preferably in an agile development environment.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability to changing requirements.
- Creative, flexible, and proactive mindset.
