About the Role:

CareAdvisors is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to join our team. As a GTM Manager, you will be an integral part of our product initiatives, supporting the process from initial product marketing to implementation. This role is perfect for someone with a strong writing background who is starting their career in Product and has at least 1-2 years of professional work experience in healthcare, technology, or startups. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic environment. The key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:


  • Create impactful marketing assets and materials to introduce our SaaS products to the market.
  • Assist in developing sales decks, 1-pagers, battle cards, and training materials for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop content for product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Craft compelling narratives that highlight our product's value proposition throughout the buyer journey.
  • Coordinate with experts to align messaging with target markets.
  • Analyze market segments and buyer personas to understand challenges and buying criteria.
  • Collaborate with sales team for implementation kick-off, contracting materials and ROI analysis supporting business use cases
  • Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering on bringing to market product initiatives from initial product marketing through implementation
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on interactive mockups, wireframes, and new feature demos.
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing objectives' success.


  • Located in the Chicagoland area.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, English, Journalism, Communications, or Creative Writing, or a related field; Master’s degree highly preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, technology, or startups.
  • Strong writing skills and a passion for healthcare technology.
  • Intermediate technical knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of project management, preferably in an agile development environment.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability to changing requirements.
  • Creative, flexible, and proactive mindset.
  • Passion for healthcare equity and helping underserved communities.
